Postpartum psychosis/anxiety?

Many parent's suffer from PostpartumOCD in silence, It isn't commonly acknowledged. I created this community because I am a mother who struggles daily with PostpartumOCD, I have struggled to find a support system & community I feel safe enough to open up in. I hope to create that community here for everyone who struggles throughout their days like me. Let's give each other a safe space to talk, ask questions & work through our worries together. maybe even make a life long friend in the process.
